The NL Contest (15th edition) by Caisse d’Epargne is the International Urban Culture event in Strasbourg.
It’s not only a competition, it is also a festival for urban cultures, every year more then 37 000 viewers with Breakdance battle, Party, Dirt BMX, Live, Graffiti and music.
